No, I mean questions that you could, theoretically answer, that you know the answer to, but you are in a state or condition that you can't. (Gave it away)

2 and 3 can be answered pretty accuratley if you are about to be executed.

'Are you dead' can never be truthfully answered 'yes.'

'Are you choking' can never be truthfully answered 'yes.'

Is this the sort of thing you mean? There are a host of ones you
could create with conditions that limit your ability to answer a
specific question.

You could sleep talk. Some people are very aware of their surroundings even in their sleep, and incorperate them into their dreams. So if you ask someone if they're sleeping, they may believe it's someone in their dream, and then answer out loud.
