I'm sitting here with a kitten sleeping in my lap thus rendering me immobile, so I thought I'd post this:

A man lives on the twentieth floor of his apartment building. Every day, when he comes home from work, he takes the elevator up to the tenth floor and uses the stairs the rest of the way. Why does he do this?

Hint: When it's raining, he rides the elevator all the way to his own floor.

He's very short and can only reach the tenth button.

When it's raining, of course, he takes his brolly. Very handy button pressing devices, brollies.

Far be it from me to spoil your fun.

He suffers from a psychological dis-order which only allows him to use the numbers one to ten.

Unless it's raining. In which case, he only uses numbers 11 or greater.

Friends call him Rainman.

However, imagine if he lived on the 5th floor? If it rained, he would have many flights to walk...

Didn't. I posted it a few weeks ago.
