chess tactics

www.chess.emrald.net is good place to practice tactics. You let the computer move first then you make best move. You are rated on time takes to solve problem but have only certain amount to solve.

I enjoyed my time there. Out of the 52 I attempted. I was pleased only failing 13 times.

What are the ground rules there? I tried and wasn't sure whether it was white to move or black, it didn't say, that makes it hard to proceed then a piece moves and I am not sure if that is supposed to be telling me that was the answer and you failed or what.
