Going by the poor standard of literacy in these forums, my guess is you mispelled it.

most theoretical grammers would say that it is, but in such a question is exclamitory, with the emphisis on the verb (is) and so to comact it would be wrong by most practical grammers or grammers of speach (as opposed to writing)
