A student is studying to become a doctor, its exam day and the instructor hands the student a femur the human theigh bone, and asks the student "how many femurs do you have?" the student answers five, "worng" says the instuctor, but yet the student is right how come?

that is irrelvent, if its a drinking straw or otherwise including if its from a hay bale.
think about other things such as how could he be in a field etc..
A second possibility is that he's a very bad poker player, and he's down to his last straw.
