Jimmy lives on the 15th story of an apartment building. Each morning he gets up, has a bit o breaky etc, then gets in the elevator and catches it to the ground floor, gets out and goes to work.
In the evening when he arrives at his building, he gets in the elevator, catches it up to the 10th floor, gets out and takes the stairs up the remaining 5 floors to his apartment.

O.K heres the answer.
Jimmy is a dwarf! He travels up the elevator to the 10th floor but can't reach the 15th floor button. (because he's too short) So is forced to walk up the stairs the rest of the way.
Well I thought it was a good puzzle...
And when it rains he reach the 15'th buttom with his umbrella and don't have to walk the last 5 floors.
By the way - His name is Jim, not Jimmy. He's a dwarf.

Yeah, that last post, that that was his last request; and then when the music stopped he was executed makes sense to me. But to me what's more fantastic is the picture of the woman flashing herself!... hehehehe.
All the buttons for the 11th floor and upwards could also have been broken on the elevator but the call button for the elevator still worked. Thus he could call it up to the 15th floor but couldn't get it to go up past the 10th from anywhere lower.
Also the man who died could've been playing the music and suffered a heart attack thus the music stops then he dies. 😀
