Actually, even bigger is:

1,000,000 - 1 = 999,999
999,999 - 2^3^4^5^6^7^8^9 = ??? Calculator couldn't handle that noise!
That maxed out my HP48 within a couple of digits of that, 9.9999E499, so that must be one hell of a number!

"1E6 /5=200,000/8=25,000/4=6250/2=3125-(97631)=-94506"

1,000,000 = -94506 ? I sure hope not! ...
Where do you get 1,000,000 in sonhouse's post? He started with 1,000,000 / 5, which is not 1,000,000.

I hate it when the teacher doesn't even read the response!

AND I STILL WIN!!!!

I hate it when people cry for attention by repeating themselves.

You didn't win. It was stated you can only use 1 - 9 and the four elementary operations. You use powers, wich disqualifies your score.

And yes, I know my score doesn't count either, but I never said I won.

Powers are just another notation for a specific type of multiplication... therefore I used only the four elementary operations.

I STILL WIN!
