Rook triangulation in endgame or direct-mate

Is there an endgame or direct-mate with a rook triangulation, like this:

(R=white rook; A=black king, queen, rook or bishop; x,y,z,p,q=squares)

n. Rx-y Ap-q
n+1. Ry-z Aq-p
n+2. Rz-x

Now the position is the same as before move n, but with black to move; black is in zugzwang and loses. Do you have an example of this, or can you compose one?
