I'll get back to it...this is a lazy adventure. Sometimes I don't feel inspired.

Late for me to enter.. though I might consider starting one myself when I have fewer ongoing bouts.

Banana King wakes up from a deep sleep suddenly and leaps into action! He feels wonderful, strong and vigorous. The smell of bananas is intoxicating.

"So you finally woke up. You going to talk to me yet? I almost killed that accursed tiger until that witch up in the mountains saved him. I got his tail though! My club is more powerful than ever now!"

Goblin King brandishes his club proudly. It has iamatiger's severed tail attached to it near the handle.

"The goblins are keeping watch. I am really curious about you. Where are you from?"

Velvetears turns to the old woman and says "I have travelled far and I'm used to getting passed guards. Tell me, if you're here to civilize this area, why are there men prepared for war? Also can you heal this tiger? His wounds seem to be quite dire."

Tomtom232 says "I'm with Velvetears". She turns to him and they banter back and forth.

The woman responds, "If you have seen guards then you know they must be vigilant and ready to handle danger. There is much danger outside that we must guard against, and the Rock Chanters are keeping us all safe.

I can seal the wound and bring the tiger's health back, but I cannot replace his tail. In addition there is a hostile spirit present complicating matters. I don't know if it can be removed."

May you please heal the tiger back to health if you can and tell me about this 'hostile spirit'

Also I accept these regions are dangerous but what plans do you have here?
All too often people come along with the idea of 'civilizing' an area and treating people all the same so they can be ignored equally.
You seem to have brought an army here and you can't shake hands with a closed fist.

As the powerful chanting male voices echo in the background, the elegant burning woman turns to VelvetEars and responds, "Child, we have not brought an army here. This is our land. You came here uninvited and now you criticize our means of keeping ourselves safe? Perhaps you should go back to your lands, whereever they may be. You should be grateful you have been received with so much kindness. You are, after all, a foreign being and a trespasser!"

"I come here in peace without an army and years of travelling has taught be to wary of the powerful with dreams of 'civilizing' lands.
I mean no disrespect to you, I'm just concerned for the locals here, they may struggle but they seem content in their lives."

I notice iamtiger still in discomfort and I ask "Can you please bring this poor soul back to health?"

The stately woman turns to iamatiger, kneels down, whispers into his ear, and then listens intently. Iamatiger's body spasms. His tail stump thrashes about, his claws become unsheathed, and he leaps up!

A terrible screech comes out of his mouth, a sound like that of a manic old lady whose sanity has cracked. The tiger leaps to his feet and stands, eyes glaring, shaking, body tense, about to do...something dramatic! But what?

At last, I can see the possessing spirit! She has the form of a snake.
I see a tiger leaping towards me
I leap towards the snake and pin its head to the ground the ground with my claws.
He pins my head to the ground as I am about to bit him, his claws rake me.
Ahh I feel my claws raking my own neck viciously, my snake's teeth drip boiling green venom harmlessly to the ground
My snake tail lashes and wraps around my tiger neck.
I cannot breathe, I lunge for the snake and fasten my teeth into it
I cannot breath, the teeth are biting claws are ripping, my tail is round my neck.
I squeeze, I rip I bite, I cannot breathe, I am being torn apart.
I die.
