I have never heard this puzzle... and my guess would be it is a spare tire?

Other than that, one of those new puncture proof tires?!

Anyway, my question is... 'Is this tire a spare'?

Is the tire hollow?
When the tire was punctured, did the air go out of it?
When the tire was punctured, did the tire go flat?
Was the tire attached to the axle in such a way that the car was rolling on it?

I know the answer to this one.

His father was in the room when he was born, his mother died giving birth to him, so he 'killed' her, and his twin sister also died.

I believe the correct version of this puzzle to be:

A man was born before his father, killed his mother, and married his sister, and yet he was considered a pleasant a polite person to all those that knew him. Explain.

The answer to this is partly given above, but I will leave you to figure out how he could marry his sister.
