    Seems that it is ascii codes, with some offset, and in hex, right?

    example: 'a'=hex41, here it is =21

    Tried to interpret it as texting keypresses, but that makes no sense either.

    Might try to solve it as if it were a simple substitution, although such a short code makes it very difficult.
