He must be talking about a different kind of common sense; not the kind that comes from the intelligent that don't think they always know better than the greatest minds and scientists but the less common kind of common sense that only comes from the unintelligent who are always wrong but still think they always know better than these greatest minds/scientists who have I.Q.s ~60 points more than theirs. -basically, an idiots version of "common sense" called "idiot sense" -something all the rest of us are lacking in.
