Obviously we are not even close to talking about a cure here. But if more research confirms that this drag actually works, it would significantly improve treatment for brain cancer and possibly make most people with such cancer survive for well over over two years.

While I was working for him, he had a truly ghastly slow death that made me very scared of the disease ever since.
But that was a few decades ago when getting brain cancer was close-enough a death sentence. Since then, thanks to improved treatments, the survival rate from this deadly disease has greatly improved but it still kills the majority of people that get it. Hopefully that will soon change.
