I've been curious to see how these immune suppressing drugs would do under this level of scrutiny.
With modern societies hygiene, eradication / containment of deadly diseases, and improved medical care when sick, maybe we don't need overactive surveillance-style immune systems anymore. Suppression of harmful immunologic pathways might be the key to improved longevity.
