Gorillas are endangered so even if they ran through the entire gorilla population to get hearts, they would run out and still need millions more so that wouldn't be a great option.
How many pigs are there? Millions I suspect.

last year there lived about 750 million pigs in agriculture...

But in fact we face a moral problem: The heart was from a specifically genetically engineered pig...so how much effort will be put in to treat how mayn people, while at the same time we could with the smae amount of money and time save more popel from hunger and avoidable diseases?
