The problem has been our limited Periodic Table.. Earth simply hasn't had the needed elements..i.e. Element 115, to implement the Alien's technology. Bob Lazar knew all this back in the 1980's while working at S4...

that's right..that's why we haven't been able to keep up with the alien technology. LOL the Periodic Table is all KNOWN elements. Apparently the aliens are far more advanced ..obviously able to do a lot more with "all" elements..
