Despite having some relevant expertise in the area, I don't understand much of what this link says because is uses a few terms even I have never heard of before such as "dot-product engine" etc; terms I tried to google but didn't find out much about their meaning.
But the gist of it seems to be that they found potentially ways of designing a neural networks with the help of some spintronics to have far greater ability to efficiently process information than previous neural networks, which is exciting I think even if one doesn't understand the details of how that works.
