The header says it was uploaded in 2008. Is that the actual date of the talk? If so, that would indicate the 5 years he talks about as being the time frame we might see evidence of those other dimensions, should have been done already at CERN.

I think CERN has been too busy with the Higgs Boson to have done Brian's experiment. As of yet anyway.
