After the hype of possible life forms has ebbed, there is a new interesting observation: Venus seems to have plate tectonics.

That doesn't sound surprising to me, Venus is a near dupe for Earth, except for those pesky details on the surface🙂
Internally however, it makes sense it would have a core, and the same processes producing plate tectonics on Earth would have an analog on Venus.
