Fair enough, and almost commomsense if you think about it a bit. However, the Trapp family song in your title is one of those responsible for spewing ad then reinforcing ignorance (not surprisingly, therefore, it was featured in a Disney movie). Most of Spain is dry, especially the central plain. Such rain as falls, falls more often in the mountains.
