In light of the popularity of the Hardcore Tournaments, would there be a way to have a 0-day timeout option for regular games?

What is a 0 day game? You create it and it expires before anyone can move? How does it compare to 1 day?

I interpret the post to mean a 0/60 timebank - similar to that used in the annual championships.

One players Timebank is always ticking down, instead of the minimum 24hrs before this begins.
