I personally think that the 7 day timebank is too long for the lowest timebank option.

Actually I don't see why the drop-down lists for timeout/timebank should be needed at all. They place an unnecessary constraint on the site.
Once selected, the site doesn't care whether the timebank 0,1,2,...
If we could simply type the number of days for timeout/timebank, then other requests for another arbitrary value wouldn't appear.
The only change should be the control used and a validation to prevent ridiculous selections such as 500 day timeout.
