ability to switch sides

Obviously both sides would have to agree (kind of like a draw request), but it could be useful to have the ability to switch sides when playing a training partner (like a coach).

I like this idea. As someone who routinely plays against those who are better than I am, when a game gets at/near "I have no chance", it would be interesting to switch sides and have them try to dig their way out of my mess PLUS have me play from an advantage and not screw it up to hold on for the win. I believe there is value here.

This is a great idea. However, this should immediately and irreversibly make it an unrated game.
