Add a "Forum Games" Subsection to General Forum

There you can put the word association games, corrupt-a-wish, answer a question with a question, trivia, last post wins, and any other creative stuff the babblers come up with.

Personally, I think they fit well in General. It's not like they're swamping the forum.
