Add text to a decline

I think it would be nice if we could attach a message to when we decline a clan challenge.. so we can say why.

I know we could always send a note, but then we have to go look up who the leader is, and manually send.. I'm too lazy for that.. heck.. if I would do that, I might instead use that time to examine my games more closely so I don't lose queens
