I think a pirate flag should be available. There are plenty of people who download music and movie torrents. I think they should be able to proudly proclaim themselves rather than keeping their piratehood in the closet.

Since it is not legal to display these in Germany you would cause a lot of problems with this one.

Perhaps if you have 26 members you can get your own flag like Quebec, Canada did. I don't know if Nova Scotia 26 members or not, but if we do, we will have to put in for our own flag to....LOL....Actually we probably wouldn't as we are Proud of our CANADIAN FLAG!!!!

I don't see why not? If you are going to give a Province within a Country their own Flag, then why not? There is an expression what is good for the goose is good for the gander.
