Chess With Friends ( http://newtoyinc.com/ChessWithFriends/2.0_is_here/Chess_With_Friends_2.0.html ) is an iPhone app with a similar chess by correspondence model. The problem is you can only play other iPhone owners.
Otherwise it's a decent model of what a RHP iPhone app might look like. I'd pay money for that!
