It would be great if you put the countries names in an alt tag attached to the pictures. That way if you don't know a flag you can just hover over it and get the country name. Thus you would not need to scroll through the long list of flags.
Has been suggested a few times already. Still a good idea. Hopefully it will be implemented with the release of the new board code somewhere 'soon'.
