Amendment to the Fair Play Ticket System Used here

I would like to propose a suggestion

This site uses a Fair Play System for when you suspect a player of cheating. At present you do not get an acknowledgement of sending a ticket.

Idea - You get a message sent back with a reference number. Then this number is the reference used for any future contact with site admin

As a mere 1100-1200 player i was wondering if this would be feasible and help to improve rhp?
