Can't start game - glitch

I can't send a rematch to gmancer.
The reason given: he is at his self-imposed maximum of 5 games.
Look at his profile: indeed he is playing 5 games.

except ... HE ISN'T, he's only playing three.
search his games in progress: three.

bloody hell, eh?

Not sure, but i think when you have started a game but not made any moves, this is counted towards your total - but you can't see the games show up yet if you are a person looking at their games.
