There should also be an option that says:
Please send a private message before challenging.
It most likely has been proposed before; an ability to filter games on a certain range when it comes to the ranking of the opponent. E.g. I only want to play people rated in the range 1200-1500 and be open to challenges only in this range, I wish to set the preferences accordingly.
Another already proposed idea is to lock yourself off of any challenge, but only allow people to challenge you who you have played before (or maybe only those that have been labeled 'nice' if labeling ever gets realized).
