chat and observation.

I was thinking that it would be a good idea to be able to chat in the Blitz waiting room...and to allow people to observe games in progress there.

Chat was removed due to the usual messers... flaming, flooding, obscenities, cheating accusations etc. It's unmoderateable, so it's hard to see it coming back.

Observing games in progress is a good addition as is seeing the rating of an opponent who has accepted your invite.

chat was there before? I had no clue. The solution is simple...take the chat away from anybody who does any of those things...mute them.

I guess nobody liked this idea...😞

i like the chat idea, along with an ignore option (which would block reading all the chatter from the ignored one). the ratings should also show up in the game itself. it's nice to know the strength of the player you are playing against.
