Clan Challenges

I think they should work more like personal challenges in that challenges shouldn't be able to go through unless they meet your conditions for move out and time bank. I also think one should be able to view a challenge that has been sent. Also the move out and time bank should have a window on the page with the players nicks. So when bouncing a challenge you can change this, and it would be in plain sight at all times.

My preference would be to be able to challenge every available clan, but then with the feature built in that you can bounce the challenge with different timeout/timebank settings..
