I suggest, and request, that a clan leader of an inactive clan with no other members should be able to close and delete it.
Perhaps this could involve certain criteria, for example the clan not having made or received a challenge in 30 days.
And that RHP member not being able to start a new clan for a set period after.

Never had a second member, no intention of recruiting one now, would prefer it if there wasn't the clan name next to my user name.

IVV, The Essex Clan, Wycombe clan, Foglore, and Notte in Bianco.
