Clan Games Rating (CGR)

The manipulation of ratings (as championed over many years by the top clans) has gone on too long.

There is no justification or rationale for opposing the introduction of a rating just for clan games. That non-clan games can affect the rating of clan players is, quite frankly, a nonsense.

Everyone knows this makes sense

Time to do this before the clan system falls even further into decline

Dear Russ, this not a difficult code change, and if it makes it any easier just replace the 90 day rating as that is almost as meaningless as current rating.

The new CGR can be initialised to 1 year year rating. Not perfect but it will soon level out.
