Click and drag image

Some sites have animage feature, where you can adjust the image's center via a click and drag. This would be nice if at all possible without alot of trouble.

Anyway, I don't really know what your site suggestion means. What images are you talking about (avatars?), and what is the clicking and dragging supposed to achieve?
