Club Tournament Delele REALLY needed

...bringing this up again...was Thread 152849...
when a club tournament doesn't fill after several weeks we need to make space for new tournaments...this comes from a club admin who has created more SUCCESSFUL club tournaments than anyone ever on RHP...but...I must mention that there are two or three guys who are not that far behind...another reason for needing this is IF we make an unintended format mistake when creating a tournament we can delete right away and start over...this is a unique problem to club admins who create a lot of tournaments...I can't believe that THIS requires 100 or more agrees before something can be done...

Yes, yes, club admins need the ability to delete tournaments!
