clubs

since non subs are allowed to join clubs, i think that we should be able to create them too.

I think non-subs should spend 40 bucks to improve the site and thus enjoy the full benifit of this great area... Other wise they can screw around with 6 games, a few messages a day and no clan/ tournament play for free...
