Conditional moves idea: to be able to string it out longer than just one move... speeds up the game when you have a lengthy, forced combination.

Conditional moves bug: you cannot use your opponent castling as a conditional move... it accepts it only as the king moving 2 squares.

When I want cascading conditional moves, I use the deep mode. Works like a charm!
