How is a dead team mate any different from one who has simply gone AWOL (perhaps abandoned chess for monopoly) and how could you reliably differentiate between the two?
I should think that at some point Russ or his successor would have to delete deceased players from the database, otherwise it wouldn't be RedHotPawn any more, it will have become The-Valley-of-Kings (i.e., mummies).
