Editing thread titles

Could it be made possible to edit a thread title?

Much like posts, limit the time such editing could be made to within an hour of its creation and before a second post is created in that thread.

I have opened two threads, and both of them got a title that seemed to be too long, and got cut off to a non-public amount of charachters (guess 50). In both cases I would have been happy if I could have edited the title to a shorter one.

it could get a bit confusing though-people will think that the threads a new one, while they're read it etc already...
