General forum line

The little window that has the bullhorn, general forum and the rest, could it be made floating so when you scroll down it is always in view? It would make going back to the same thread you left off a bit faster. Thanks,

I guess that would mean you would have to modify code for every forum. Lot of work.

I'm sure Russ doesn't code each forum separately. There are templates; modify one template, all instances follow automatically.
