Using the power of the admin (i.e. cheating on the date), force a top thread in the Help forum that contains the FAQ in a post/post format.
It seems help | FAQ is often not used, perhaps because "FAQ" is not understood. A top "General RHP help" thread might avoid endless "how do I castle" types of questions turning up.

I see the "how do I castle" question appeared again: it is clear that many newbies do not read the FAQ and go straight to posting in the help forum.
But perhaps this is no bad thing: is a bit of easy posting for a newbie is a good welcome to the site? Or is the clutter in the help forum not worth that possible benifit?
