Question ? How would you guarantee both challenger and acceptor are online at the same time. Could i not challenge as white make the 1st move, wait 30 mins and win by timeout ?

No one rating changes in the first two moves? I believe. You can still do that to one day moves to wit hzero timebanks to people who have not moved in 500 days try it yourself see if you get a rating score?
