i think:
these tourneys are very important ... they will make russ money ... grow rhp ... and help the poor.
there should only be very few such tournaments or there will be abuse of this service ... perhaps 2 or 3 per year.
the tournament should allow all nonsubscribers to have a go ... not just the very few lucky enough to log on in the 10 minutes after it is created .... it should be open for entry for at least a few days.
subscribers should also be allowed to play .. why not!?!
i suggest a format much like the 2005 championship ... but slightly faster (i suggest 50 days timebank) ... but only leave entry open for a few days at most ...
