I know that people should be able to find out the protocol for reporting potential cheating to the mods.
Given the large number of threads on the subject in the general and chess forums over the last few weeks, it seems this is not the case.
This is an important issue. Isn't there a case for having a special and very obvious "What to do if you suspect cheating" page pop up during the registration process? This could make it crystal clear:
*You can't use engines or other third-person help during play
*You can use databases and books
*You must not make cheating accusations in the forums
*You should instead report games to the mods.
