Hyperlinks

I've asked this before, but I'll ask it again: why are clickable links, opening in a new window, with a disclaimer that the management of this site is not responsible for the content of the sites opened, not allowed here?

you mean in the forum?
perhaps because html is not allowed (security issues?)?
but why aren't internal links (fourm, help, ...) not allowed (like game-links)?
