The Swiss Gambit is to score low in the first rounds of a Swiss-system tournament in hopes of getting easier pairings later on, in the "money" rounds. It's usually a joke made by someone who has made a really bad start - "Oh, I'm trying the Swiss gambit..."

No Doupt, The Scots are a wounderful people. However, in the US, when we have a decision to make we simpley grab onto our grapes and solve the problem ourselves. We don't need a higher authority to help us out.....such as the government or RHB. Life must be so difficult being a COMMIE! Just trying to help! Just grow some grapes!
