I'm not sure if there is any way to invite my friend,who is not a registered player in this site so far,for having a rated/unrated chess game between us ! Can I get some clue on this if this already exists,or else I feel the administrator should consider adding this to our site.

Use email address.
I am generally against this sort of idea, as you could just as easily send your friend an email and ask them to register, but since you want it, it is there.
