iPad/tablet touch events incoming

Just a quick update, I can confirm the new interface (when released) will support drag and drop for both regular mouse driven desktops and tablet devices.

The existing "peck and place" style we have now will still be supported in parallel too - so no need to change if you do not want to.

Also, the whole site should be better suited to tablet devices too. The entire UI will respond to touch events.
